Privacy policy.
How we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use this website or get in touch with us.
Who we are
Twenty Six Studio LTD, trading as Twenty Six Studio, is a company registered in the UK.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@twenty-six.studio.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, send an enquiry or join a waitlist, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, and where relevant your phone number, postcode, company and project details.
We also collect anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and device type, through Vercel Analytics. It does not use cookies or identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, provide our services, and improve this website.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email providers, and only as far as needed. Where your enquiry is about one of our ventures, we may pass it to the team running that venture.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email hello@twenty-six.studio and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
